Buyer and Seller Info

GHTA does not currently assess a fee to sellers or buyers when a unit changes ownership.
 
Resale Disclosure Forms can be sent to hoa@burnsvillegardenhomes.com.
 
Closing agents should contact our bookkeeper at the same address above to get updated information on any unpaid assessments.
 
GHTA requires that a Seller/Buyer Contact form be completed and signed by at least 1 seller and 1 buyer and submitted to hoa@burnsvillegardenhomes.com or dropped in our drop box in Cluster 4. The contact form helps ensure a smooth transition.
 
The seller is responsible for accessing our website and downloading all of the legally required documents as part of the purchase agreement and providing those to the buyer. In addition, the seller should provide the welcome packet to the buyer (that we will provide) at the time the purchase agreement is signed. The paper welcome packet ensures that the buyer has all of the information they need for a smooth transition.
 
GHTA prohibits the leasing of units during the first 12 months of ownership. See our declarations and bylaws and rules and regulations for a full legal description of our association's policies and rules etc.
 
The contact form should be completed at the time the purchase agreement is signed and submitted to GHTA ASAP to avoid a delay in preparing the resale disclosure and other required documents.
