About Us
Located on Spy Glass Hill and nestled among the luscious natural landscape of giant Oaks, Elm, and Cottonwood trees, The Garden Homes Townhouses enjoy quiet breezes and the occasional sightings of wild life such as the gray owl, deer, and our famous Tom turkey with his following of hens and chicks.
A stable community of long-term residents, the Garden Homes Townhouses Association is a small but welcoming as well as a diverse community of residents, located in the suburb of Burnsville.
Our association is made up of the 43 units in Clusters 1 - 4. (Clusters 5 - 6 are a separate association).
All of the units are privately owned. However, we do have a one unit which is leased out by it's owners. Tenants are valued members of our community and encouraged to contact their landlord or a board member if they have questions or concerns about our association.
All of the units are well maintained with the common grounds supported through association dues.
Residents and visitors alike enjoy walks and runs along Garden Drive because of the natural scenery this area offers. There is a children’s park, skate board park and ice skating rink within a short distance.
There is easy access to Burnsville Center and major shopping and retail chain stores you are already familiar with. Nearby Fairview Ridges Hospital recently put on a huge addition, offering the best in medical care and the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport is just 15 minutes away.
Anyone entering into a purchase agreement to purchase a unit will receive a "Welcome Packet" at the time they sign their purchase agreement. Prospective buyers are welcome to reach out to our board with any questions about our association that are not answered here or in the information provided to buyers by the seller.
